Okay, so for the fish
You need -
3 to 4 pieces of cod. (Depending on family size.
1/2 cup Butter
1 ts-garlic salt (or regular salt)
1 ts-parsley or oregano
1 ts-wheat tortilla or white.
1 ts-pico de gallo or homemade salsa
1 TS-tartar sauce
1 ts-bread crumbs (optional)
*Preheat oven to 400 degrees. *Melt butter in a bowl. Add seasonings. Mix well. You can even add bread crumbs (if you want a bit of a crunch.) Place the fish into the bowl of butter and seasonings and mix and coat well. Line baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Place in oven for 15 minutes... Flip fish, and put back in oven for another 15 min.
Chop up whatever you want to add to your taco. Lettuce, tomatoes and onions. (I usually saute the onions.) Take your tortilla and put a little bit of tarter sauce on it. Then add your fish, then veggies. Top off with salsa or pico. Fold in half, and wa-la! Fish tacos!
