5 medium potatoes (cut into wedges)
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
Place potatoes into a large bowl, add olive oil and seasoning. Mix it all together and then set on a foil lined pan. Put in oven at 400 degrees, for about 25 min.
Note: They WILL stick a little bit to the foil... But luckily it's easy to get off the foil. They're so good!
